CARRIER UNLOCK SERVICES
EzFix Electronics is now offering services to remotely unlock many phones from their current service provider.
Unlocking a phone allows you to use your phone without being restricted to a specific network provider.
Please note that some services may require an in-store visit.
Unlocks for iPhones are done using a method called network unlock. This is where a request is given to the carrier to release the phone from it's locked carrier status. The only information required for this service is the imei of the phone, contact information of the person (name and phone number), and the payment for the service. We may keep this information for record keeping and to follow up on services. THIS SERVICE IS DONE REMOTELY. WE DO NOT NEED THE PHONE.
Unlocking Android phones is done either through either a network unlock or device unlock. For network unlocks, we require the imei number, contact information (name and phone number), and the payment for the service. For software unlocks, we require the phone to be at our office for this service. This can either be by mail-in, or by in-store visit.
Each service will have their own separate Terms of Service explaining in detail how each service is completed.
EACH SALE IS FINAL. Once the order is put through, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We do not accept refunds in cases where the customer bought the wrong services, provided the wrong information, or wishes to cancel. Only in the rare circumstances where the service fails, we will issue a refund.
